I have an overlay door on a face frame cabinet. The door overlays the top frame 1-5/8". Will this still work or will the top of the door hit the frame and not allow it to open?

I have the same thing (face frame) there is a face frame mounting plate part #22K6001. Hope this helps

Where do you get the screws to attach the piece to the door?

What the heck is FAo? Is it the thickness of the cabinet frame or that thickness minus the space between fronts?

Hi LegalKite, thank you for your question and sorry for the late answer. The FAo is the front overlay. This is the measure of how the front lies on the top edge of the cabinet. And SFA is the sideways front overlay. In other words, the way the front hits the side of the cabinet.
