In this video, you will learn how to assemble a Model T2 home play gym from Brainrich Kids.
Tips:
1. Remove all the contents from the box and use it to mark and store all the nuts, bolts, and other small parts. This will greatly speed up your process and prevent a potential loss of the parts.
2. If the metal half-moon clip doesn't connect easily, remove the monkey bars and try to connect it "empty". Perhaps use a longer bolt and a regular nut to tighten it so it would bend the metal clip just a bit - enough to fit perfectly when you place the monkey bars and complete the assembly.
3. Use 1/2"x25"x25" plywood board to protect your ceilings and spread the load between the joists. You don't have to screw it to the ceiling but it will preserve your ceilings from applying too much pressure.
4. Always have another person to help you. You will need someone to hold the gym straight while you put it up vertically.
