It's DEFINITELY not they used to be. They don't come with screws to secure the base, so it comes straight out from the base when lifted. Doesn't stand as high as it used to, and it's basically all plastic, which is flimsy. Don't think that I would purchase another one.

I have called the company many times with no response from the company. When l got the fan l got two tighteners for the main stand. I DID NOT GET a screw to hold the fan in place. I am now open to suggestions as to getting the fan thread clamp or cap. Calling for support produces no calls back to me.

I literally was sleeping mosquitoes was biting the shit outa me i trued to pull the fan close and it started vibrating and i forgot how to build it

the rear grill doesn’t even fit the motor for mine....

Bro, ditch the fan!! That sound from the motor is two pieces grinding inside the motor and the whole time it shoots out metal dust and shavings. Incredibly dangerous. Found out from mine after I questioned the same noise.

@@CptMorris oh it's definitely defected . But the thing is , it runs and u don't even notice the lil tiny pieces of metal flying out of it. I only noticed cause I took it completely apart and it showed wear and tear on metal. Make sure urs isn't either before u get health complications from it .
