I’m having the same problem, trying to call IKEA for help but no answer, I’m not sure if I should drill the hole myself or the holes supposed to be there already.

Hey just use a screw driver put some pressure and keep turning it will go in by itself dont need electric drill

@@neenaa6728 Thank you! Yes that is what i ended up doing and it went fine.The instructions were vague in the manual provided by Ikea and i had to google various other inputs from users.

@@camilomorales9516 Hello, no need to drill.Just apply pressure when screwing it in. Make sure to place your hand on the other side so that you dont screw the nail too hard that it comes out through the other end. The table top is made of pine so it is not hard wood. It is meant to be screwed into, once you feel pressure, you can stop. hope this helps.

It's standard dinning table size

ikea website is so bad that I can not easily find out the size of this table

The step at 3:06 is completely wrong and now those circles stuck in the holes.
