One of our most popular #tunnelling pumps is the #Tsurumi NK4-22, which can be used for various #dewatering tasks. Its popularity is due on the one hand to its outstanding performance values: with a still quite compact housing of around 60 cm in height and 24 cm in diameter, it can be immersed in water up to 25 metres deep. From there, it pumps up to 525 litres per minute.
The mix of materials and the quality of the individual components are also convincing. They ensure that the NK series has the reliability and durability typical of Tsurumi. A stainless-steel shaft with a double internal mechanical seal works in its die-cast aluminium housing. The induction motor with thermal switch drives a semi-vortex impeller.
Once disassembled, the NK #tunnelling pump should of course be able to be reassembled properly. We have also created a video for this purpose, in which our technical experts show the necessary steps one after the other, so that the assembly can be carried out professionally and without complications.

Eine unserer beliebtesten Tunnelbaupumpen ist die #Tsurumi NK4-22. Vielseitig einsetzbar für diverse Entwässerungsaufgaben. Ihre Beliebtheit begründet sich zum einen mit ihren überragenden Leistungswerten: Mit einem noch recht kompakten Gehäuse von rund 60cm Höhe und 24cm Durchmesser lässt sie sich bis zu 25 Meter tief ins Wasser eintauchen. Von dort aus pumpt sie bis zu 525 Liter pro Minute nach oben.
Ebenfalls überzeugend sind der Materialmix und die Qualität der einzelnen Bauteile. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die NK-Serie die Tsurumi-typische Zuverlässigkeit und Langlebigkeit hat. In ihrem Gehäuse aus Aluminiumdruckguss arbeitet eine Welle aus rostfreiem Stahl mit einer doppelt innenliegenden Gleitringdichtung. Der Induktionsmotor mit Thermoschalter treibt ein semi-vortex Freistromlaufrad an.
