Does the front rotate 360 degrees

I didn't bother with their multi tool spanner. It was far easier to use a socket and ratchet, and then you could easily hold the seat and handlebars with one hand. Now, what did you do with that black plastic washer? Doesn't look like it mentions it in the instructions (The UK section by the way is Ukraine not United Kingdom...there are no instructions in English that I could see!). If you look at the very first picture with the front wheel, it looks like that washer is meant to go between the top of the front wheel fork and the frame it connects in to. That's where I have put it and it works perfectly. UPDATE: In other videos they've put that black plastic washer between the handlebar pole and the fixing nut. Thanks for the video though.

Thanks. I didn’t use the black washer. And thanks for the UK being Ukraine (that makes more sense)

@@okunrin3 It probably doesn't make a huge difference. All it did was lift the bracket slightly so it was almost flush with the top of where it fits into, probably giving the ability to fix it a tiny bit tighter. But, like I said it really doesn't make a great deal of difference. Take care.
