100% beautiful it reminds me princess DIANA'S. Cascading isn't a easy job.

I am going to be making my bridal bouquet and have watched many tutorials for technique. Your video and bouquet stole my heart. My mind was blown when you folded over the leaves at the beginning and again when you added the sparkle to the roses, I plan to do that but yours was the first tutorial I have seen where it was actually done so I got to see the practical results!! That bouquet is breathtaking and exactly what I am aiming for!!

WOW!! I found this video by accident as I was getting ready to shut down my computer because I was on my way out. I couldn't stop watching! OMG! Glitering flowers! Just can't believe it! Maybe you could glue a rhinestone or a pearl in the midle of each rose.

I do floral arrangements at work and on the side. I absolutely love your videos! anytime I have a cascade bouquet (no matter the length) I always reference this video for a breath of fresh air. That is the HUGE advantage to having a flower foam based holder- temperature and wilting can be a huge issue- and this is a good example of why we need a water supply to make sure the flowers last as long as possible... thanks for sharing that experience Christine... and Thanks so much for subscribing to my Channel... Great Suggestion Kara... but here's the rub- these videos were created over a decade ago- so some items are no longer valid... if you are looking for the Gala Bouquet Holder- here's a link- www.uBloom.com/BuyGala - if you are looking for the halogen glitter or tack 2000- they are available at local craft stores... if there is something specific you are looking for... just put it in your comment- and I can help you find it... we have over 1800+ Videos- so originally there weren't websites and such that offered them... so going back and adding or updating links would be costly and cumbersome... My daughter just wants baby's breath, daisies, a little bit of greenery and a little pop of wine color in a cascading bouquet. I wish she would reconsider. This looks amazing.

You helped me not to be so scared of trying this myself...I was needing this type of bouquet for my daughter's up coming wedding...although her choice in flowers differ from yours I can use them all in the same way you instruct with your video....You made it seem so easy and a joy to make....thank you for taking away the fear of something new.

Beautiful bouquet ! thank you for sharing J , most wonderful lesson ....

I use Cold Adhesive to Glue my Flowers into Long IVY Garlands... or Smilex Garlands... to create LONG Trailing Cascades... then I attach a wire to the Ivy or Smilex Garland... and wire to the Design Port Divisions on the Gala Bouquet Holder... coating the Garland with Chrysal Professional Glory helps them last much longer too!!!

I wanted to share mh story of how I got into floral design. It will be 25 years this September i lost my 16 yr old daugter to a homicide. To make a long story short I was overwhelmed and traumatized especially from the flowers. Without asking me, after the funeral at the luncheon, the funeral director came to the hall and told everyone to go up to the funeral home and get the flowers out of there. I was asleep on a bench outside tbe hall and when I woke up a family member told me and they had to chase down the flowers. Some were beautiful disb gardens and silk arrangements. To hell me overcome this trauma I was drawn to working with flowers. At first it was silks. I learned the craft and a few hears later my pastor referred me to a shop that needed some help. The designer was a very good and patient teacher but passed away. My pastor came to me and asked me to do some things for him and he was my regular customer. A lot of what I learned was self taught. I did some very elaborate alter arrangements and I worked n the basement of the church. Over the years I did many weddings by myself and I had my son help me until he went in the Marines. My health started to deteriorate with osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease so I had to quit. But I am going to NC in September for my son's wedding and with the grace of God I'll be doing their flowers. I so miss designing and wish I could continue. I'm very creative in other areas but I became passionate about floral design. Thank you for sharing your craft, you are amazing.

Sorry, one more question: how long did you soak the holder? I did a bouquet holder with a thinner handle (just for display), it was SO heavy!

I'm making this for my wedding next Friday! And I bought 12 small gala bouquet holders for my 11 bridesmaids!! Question: I know that we float soak the holders for a few minutes... I am planning to have the flower arranging party the day before the wedding. I bought Chrysal professional glory... They should last until the next day right? We have a refridgerator in the garage. Should I store the arrangements in there overnight? Not too cold? SHould I store them upside down, right side up, or is it ok to lay them on their sides? Do I need to get more fluids in the foam later on? THANK YOU!!!!
