Step up to the group of girls - Hi - ... - Hi, hello shortie what's your name? - (name) - Nice to meet you (name), Im (name) what's up? - Hi, good - Look, I saw you from over there, that's why I came, I like you and I wanted to say hi, you have a beautiful smile by the way, (pause), lean into her, you are really beautiful, (pause again, make her feel a little bit shy), If she says "thanks" point and say - I like your earrings too! Do you like mine? Point to yours... She says oh wow, nice! You look cute they suit you! Smile at her and say, "and I also! I like your dress, it really compliments you" pause again for effect. Say to her, do you want to go over there and have some drinks? It's on me. She says yes. Etc... Or maybe she says no to some of these steps.
