Did as per instructed. Cleaned car thoroughly using shinexpro form. Then applied wavex clay and then just applied shinexpro ceramic guard it on bonet as per instruction. I can feel the smoothness on surface. So I am sure it must be hydrophobic now but there is no change in shining of the car.

I used it on my bike and it's wonderful smooth surface ,, means dirt won't stick to it any more,, and shine is not too much but ther is difference if I park it in sunlight... but u have to work faster if it dries before buffing it leaves a white salty like substance on the surface ...

Does foam washing the car next time after the application of cermaic guard affect its protection? Like do I need to apply the ceramic guard everytime I foam wash my car??? FYI I usually foam wash my car once in a week and sometimes use the PROKLEAR waterless wash to remove minor dirts.

What if I wash my car with a shampoo and it has wax in it ? What if the car already has a wax polish and I wash and coat it with this product ?

On the bottle in the instructions section, it is written to DAMP the microfibre cloth with water and rinse it and then spray on that Damp microfibre and use it to spread the coating on the desired surface. But in this video, you DON’T mention about it. Is this a mistake from your side?? And what is the correct method then?? I followed the instruction on the back of the bottle. Now I am not sure if it was done correctly.

Just wait 3-4 mins till its 50% dried then buff it it'll give a better gloss and will last longer

Yes, you can but you have to be extra careful during application and make sure to buff it properly to avoid hazing. You have to make sure that the surface is absolutely cool to the touch and you apply in a shaded area.

@@kpmotohead1200 we regularly use the same 300GSM cloth for our testing, along with thousands of customers who have used the same cloth too and we have honestly not gotten this feedback. What tends to happen sometimes is since the ceramic layer is a transparent layer, it tends to act like a magnifying glass and sometimes after application, the underlying swirl marks on the surface become more visible.

@@kpmotohead1200 the purpose of a ceramic coating is providing a sacrificial layer of protection, slickness to the paint and hydrophobic properties, all of which Ceramic Guard does. If there are existing swirl marks on your paint, no ceramic coating can remove that, that requires paint correction which is an independent process.
