Thank you for all the tips that you've given. I knew about using the stapler to join the Dacron batting, however, the masking tape is an especially useful tip. Those fuzzy, difficult to control bends, turns will no longer be so ornery for me!

Can you do a video that focuses on how to apply cording. for example in cushion work where you are making a box cushion I always seem to have trouble rounding the turn and keeping tight to the cording..is there a secret. I just a cording foot and learned years ago to use a small cording foot than size welt for a tight finish, but I am just not happy with the look sometimes. I realize that different fabrics will affect the process, but I sure would like to see a detailed video about turning those corners to make them beautiful and tight. Great video! Thank you so much. If I am make the cushion covers, do I measure the fabric for just the foam, so it is a snug fit with the batting, or do I make allowances for the batting?

Would I need to add an extra half inch - an inch of fabric to my cover to accommodate the thickness of the batting?
