If you have any English proficiency document just provide don't worry too much about the score especially if you do have good grades.

Sorry what is OND? Start with highest level of education going to the lower level.

OND means ordinary national diploma here in Nigeria that's why am asking how do I fill the form because I studied science laboratory technology during my OND

If you don't have awards there are other things you can do to increase your chances, learn Korean language and obtain topik 3 or higher, take an English test also. They all cost money unfortunately but that's how I think you should go about it.
