Well here goes. I have been a member for over 2 years and had a cricut in the box for longer. Today is the day I am taking it out and .... wish me luck. I am old and feel so inept.

You’ve got this!! Mine sat in the box for 11 months. I was petrified. But now, I kinda wish I could experience the “First Cricut” unboxing again. That first week was so much fun! Have fun!!!

I’m in the middle of reorganizing my craft room and came across 6 stainless steel mugs from DT. And was trying to decide what I wanted to do with them. Now I know! I also am making personalized puzzles for each of my grandkids and I’ll pull the puzzle apart and put it in the mug and then personalize the front of the mug for each child. I’m so happy I came across this video when I did.

Can you use print then cut vinyl on this?

Can you apply HTV to spray painted tumblers?

can you use a heat gun or hairdryer?

Does it need to be a stainless tumbler or can it be one purchased that already has a color on it?

Can it be applied with a tumbler press instead of the mini press? TIA!!!

This seems like a good time to see if the Hat press can do more than hats.....

Glad you brought that up!!

The print of the HTV makes it nearly impossible to read what it says against stainless steel.

I'm late to the party, but does this actually stay better than permanent vinyl? I'm very interested in doing it, but want to make sure it's worth the trouble. Thanks!

But if you wash the cup with warm water won’t it come right off? I have had that happen before
