Hi! My MS degree is of 2015-17 session but result declaration date is FEB 28 2019 AM I eligible for DAAD or Not?

I have a question. I did my bachelor's in architecture. For master's studies in architecture, there are different DAAD scholarships for architecture. When is the right time to apply for them? Is it possible to apply for a scholarship before applying to the university?

Can we apply in more than one program? For example I have graduation in Chemistry & I can see there are various fields in which I can apply..

How to email to supervisors ? Because DAAD just provide the funding but admission provided by the university after you got acceptance of peoject from the supervisor.

I have a question related to forms which are submitted to online .. I’m confused how do we attached daad pe scholarship form with the course form .. as mentioned that both should be submit for application

You can apply for CS but this is for master and PhD and requires 2 years of experience

I have heard that only students with undergraduate degree require 2 year job experience but for phd they don't need experience
