Apply for band 3 position jobs in NhS , they are doing recruitment and most of the NHS giving sponsorship for band 3 and above positions

Hello Siju Cheta, Its been 10 days now that I reached in UK as a senior care worker. The employer has not given any training nor any shadowing job. They have not signed any contract. Can I try for this NHS or any other Care Home? Is there any legal issues since the contract has not been signed? Can I get your email id where I can contact you personally. I'm feeling afraid that I'll be stuck here without any help.
