Have you ever been asked "what do you think will be the most challenging thing about this role" in an interview? Or put differently, "what do you think will be most difficult about getting up to speed in this job?"
Here is our advice on how to approach this question & two example answers.
🟩 Be honest and thoughtful. Employers want to know that you have a realistic understanding of the role and what it entails.
🟩 Every job has a learning curve. Employers want to know you're self-aware.
🟩 Be constructive - talk about how you plan to overcome any challenges and how you will use your skills to excel in the role regardless.
