and this is part of a mini series about the questions that we need to answer when we receive from the DWP a #PIP ( personal independence payment) the questioner/form on "how your disability affects you" and we have a few weeks to complete it before we send it back to the DWP.
that form is divided in 2 parts , the daily living activities and mobility activities
and we must give details about each questions .
i believe that if i had hard time to complete the form ( the first time), then am sure that other people might have the same Experience, and thats why i am doing this mini series .
third question we need to answer is MANAGING YOUR TREATMENTS .

Drama queen, i have just been awarded pip lower daily care (9pts)if i appeal is there a risk i could lose my award?

Hey @asdapix apologies for the late respond if you appeal. Just to let you know if you have evidence that you can support and defence your condition. Then you will win most of the time people they doing when they provide facts and evidence proofs, but sometimes they rarely use my lose this the lowest benefits, but I will suggest if you don’t appeal then on your next submissions, that will be after 1, 2, 3 or four years ,there will also consider their first decision as well , so if I was you, most probably I would , and definitely appeal for the higher court, so just to wrap up even now it's too late then that's okay but gather as much as information you need for you your next assessment whenever that will be so you can appeal immediately, but before that you have to do the monetary consideration most of the times Mô really reconsiderations. They come back with the same result and nothing changed and that's frustrating to be honest, if anything else please DM me
