How to adjust the spring on your Ryker for 2 up

The scratches you see on the suspension is actually from a Can Am authorized dealer 🤦🏻‍♂️. Please do not bring your Ryker to a dealer until they know what they are doing. The service MANAGER told me “ it was going to be a 2 hour job and that they needed to completely remove the rear tire to adjust the spring”. It took me 5 minutes MAX. They just don’t have the knowledge or the tools they need to make this kind of adjustment yet, the spanner wrench was $10.49 🤦🏻‍♂️. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
The spanner wrench I used:

Thank you for posting this informative video, John. I bought this tool from Amazon after watching your video and adjusted my Ryker's suspension setting just now. My new Ryker came at the softest suspension setting. I found it too soft even for riding two-up. I moved the suspension setting up by two notches, and it is now sitting in the middle notch. It feels perfect now.

@@VinCode17 Sorry for the late reply. I did not see your question until just now. I am actually riding in the stiffest suspension setting right now. The factory suspension spring is indeed quite soft. I was riding with a passenger on the backseat earlier this year and my Ryker' suspension was in the middle setting, but the suspension still bottomed out on a rough section of pavement and the bottom of the passenger seat hit the top of the rear wheel's fender, leaving a minor scratch on the fender. If you intend to carry a passenger occasionally, I recommend putting the suspension on the stiffest setting. If you carry a passenger regularly, then you should seriously consider getting an upgraded spring installed by your dealer. Ride safe.

Thanks for the heads up. Had my max mount installed at the dealership. Unfortunately, they neglected to adjust or advise me on the available adjustments. As per manual: -Setting #1(lowest Setting and factory) up to 220lbs 100kg. -Setting #3(mid Setting) more than 220lbs driver and cargo. -Setting #5(top setting) is with a passenger. The rally edition is a different animal.
