Amogh S cuz the disc caliper could eliminate any misalignment. The caliper is mounted on the swingarm so it should be parallel to the bikes central axis so by locking the rear wheel in a sudden should probably make the disc get align with the caliper with all the nuts loosened

You could place a rag on the chain and spin it to lock it up with the sprocket. Mc garage showed this. But this is more efficient i think
