Forms fields come from your form plugin, so it's not rwlated to the code snippet. You're just using the shortcode to display it.

Depends on the plugin you're using. Some of them have an option to display it inside the modal.

Then you wouod need to output your Gutenberg template as a shortcode. If you have Kadence Pro theme then create an Element which containt your form and use the element shortcode.

Hello, thank you for the great snippet! I am having one issue - When I click my form button to expand it, it seems to treat the form button as the add to cart button as well. Giving me an error that I need to select quantity and dates before adding to cart (I use a booking base product purchase system called Easy Booking). Have you or anyone else encountered this error?

Nope. Either your theme or Easy booking button has a conflict with the snippet. Try to change this part here: class="single_add_to_cart_button button alt". For example, instead of "single_add_to_cart_button" rename it as "enquiry_button"

If you are using Elementor for creating custom single product pages then pay attention that Elementor overrides all Woocommerce default templates and therefore my snippet is not working.

Hi. Thanks for the video. When i put my enquiry form code on snippet . after putting the code, Im facing an issue of disturbance onproduct page footer. Means the main headings of footer has been moved to right position because of Enquiry form code. And when i disable this form code , footer work perfectly!!

Probably your theme overrides some hooks. Try to use another hook location.

Hi I am going to give this a try but my product is extremely complex variable product using extra product options. Is it possible for us to have that button as “build quote” and after customizing it, we send this quote directly to customer email where they accept and it redirects them to check out? We can use fluent forms pro with CRM so this is only for the store people to use not for the customer. Please advise how. I would love to connect with you if you could help. Thanks in advance

Pay attention though that your product doesn’t belong to the category "unique" if you don’t want it to show the form.

You're using wrong snippet. You're using snippet that should show one form for specific category and other one for everything else. Although you're using same form for everything. See my link in my previous comment which contains the snippet you should use.

I have tested it with Astra and works well here. If you’re using any page builder (Elementor etc) that overrides Woocommerce default hooks then those snippets won’t work.

Dont use the hidden field. Use HTML field and add this inside the content {embed_post.post_title}. This will display product name in your form.

It’s because Elementor overrides default Woocommerce template. Us Elementor Pro modal option to insert a enquiry form on product pages.

3:38 - Where did that code snippet come from? He didn't even copy the shortcode for the form... I have re-watched this video more than 10 times but I don't understand where that code snippet popped out from. Please help, people.

As I said in the video (at 3:45 mark): the link the snippet is in the video description. Open it up and then you can use it on your site. At 4:10 mark I even show where did I get the shortcode for Fluent Forms (that I use in this video).

@@wpsimplehacks I have tried this WP Fluent Forms popup/modal forms, but it doesn't work for me. The shortcode for the form itself works, but the shortcode for the modal doesn't. Can you make a tutorial and see if I'm doing something wrong? I was also thinking that the popup option might be a premium feature & maybe that's why it doesn't work for me.

@@wpsimplehacks Hi! Yes I followed the instructios from the docs exactly! The form shortcode works, but the form-modal shortcode doesn't :( The suggestion for the support team: I already did :-) But I sent a request via their website directly (not via wordpress.org). I will see what they say

I haven’t figured out a way to do that with the regular contact forms. There is a plugin that does that but you have to pay for it. If you’re interested then it is here www.piwebsolution.com/product/enquiry-quotation-for-woocommerce-pro/

It depends on the form you are using. If you know what plugin is that then you should ask from the contact form plugin support.

Yeah, but the submit button depends from your theme colors and form submit button depends on the form you are using. If you are using Fluent forms then you can customize this button from the form edit page.

Implementing all the above stuff but still I am not receiving the email on my Gmail as I have provided Gmail account, by the way Great Video!

Probalby you site has issues with sending out emails. Try with SMTP service provider (Sendinblue for example) and SMPT Plugin (Fluent SMPT plugin for example)

Hello i am looking for your help. I am creating Book Website and have created variable product with 4 attributes Ex. New, Used, Soft Cover and Hard Cover. now I want to here give attribute value (amount) validation if variation New-Soft coer selected and attribute variabe amount is $100than another button option come as Buy if selected variation New-Hard and attribute variable amount is Above $300 than 2 button option come as 1 Buy and 2nd Rent and in rent button selection another radio box come With 4 Radio box choices..like 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months. how i can achieve this i spent almost 15+ hours but no plugin and options found on internet... i know you are genius can you create snippet for me and share with me. thanks

Sorry, can't help you with that because it cannot be solved with couple of lines of code. You would need to hire a developer for that.
