How to Add Texture ✂️ 3 Techniques w Scissor and Razor Work

You guys know textured cuts are my absolute favorite! In this video I'm going to show you guys 3 ways to add texture to your haircuts. We'll be using our scissors and my Seancutshair Finger Feather Razor. Hope you guys take something away and can put it into practice!

    Your cuts are fire!! Ive been a barber 12 years and been watching you to learn some new techniques! Going to keep an eye out for one of your seminars closer to Illinois! If you don't mind letting me know what ring light mounts you have? I tried to guess and ended up with a floppy fish ram ball mount😂😂

    @@Seancutshair that’s actually the video I watched! I ordered the tonic gun too lol . I didn’t have the ring lights yet so I didn’t realize that it had the hinging joints with the Knobs! I just watched that video again and now I see and understand what ya mean 😂 keep up the fire videos and cuts. I may make the 5 or so hour trip to get this mop cut off one of these days!

    Do you think the tomb45 airbrush is a go to or do you prefer a normal compressor and if you do what compressor you running?

    If you’re traveling or sharing it around the shop definitely go with the tomb45 beam team xl. If it’s just for you and won’t ever need to take it anywhere, a standard airbrush that sits on your station works well and easier to keep clean.

    Why do you put the first guideline in with your babyliss clipper just to do the rest of the fade with the gamma clipper?

    Babyliss has a taper blade so the open section is a little longer. Makes the transition to the #1 easier. The boosted has a fusion blade so it can take the bald line out

    Just how I do it. No particular reason. A lot of the time the front is cut different than the rest so I tackle that last
