To add "shake to reveal" or "tap to reveal" to your Instagram story,
1. First, open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on the plus icon within the 'Your Story' section.
3. Now, take a photo or select a picture or video.
4. Tap on the sticker icon.
5. Look for the 'Frames' sticker and tap on it to apply.
6. Now, choose a picture. This picture will remain hidden until viewers shake the mobile or tap on it.
7. Share it with your followers.

That's frustrating to hear. The "Shake to Reveal" feature is being rolled out to users. First, update your Instagram app to the latest version; if it is still not showing, please wait until it is fully rolling out.
