thank you for the tip, however, the flaw with this process is when saving a pdf file as word document, the format of the pdf file changes. It'll mess up the entire format of the original pdf file. Is there any way to avoid it?

Not really. This is ONLY for people who use MS 365. For you, I guess it's a given, but for people who do not have/not use Word 365 and/or do not want their info to be loaded to the OneDrive cloud server- it's not a viable option.

How to lock each page with different unique password from page contains?

(MINE FAILED) Its in an unreadable format. Wants me to select either WINDOWS DEFAULT or MS-DOS or OTHER ENCODING. None are readable for me.

Using this method you lose the formatting of your pdf while converting to word...
