you can actually cut it exactly the size... not fold the inside edge in at all... and run the page through a glue stick. You then shove page into the binding and close the bible on it. Press it down together... then when you flip to the page it should be in there snug. the Bible itself will hold page in. I think the Bible itself works to keep page in with the glue giving it the extra bit of help.
