just bc its new doesnt mean it will not echo if these setting didnt work for you go to 1:29 and press play

I have an elite series 2 and it’s up to date. Will reducing other sounds by 50% lower game volume drastically so I can’t hear enemies coming?

I can’t change the controller it’s out grayed so it say I need to use my headset have Mari ultimate Xbox edition and can’t volume up my microfiber monitoring

I use the best controllers and one of the best headsets the steel series but I always hear an echo and other players say the game volume from me is too load is it just when other people have crappy headsets ?

I have people that say it’s my headset even tho I have a Corsair hs50 pro and an Xbox adaptor to plug into the controller I can hear through peoples mic that not in party chat lol never had problems but only with others they say it’s mine but I have brand new controller the Xbox elite series 2 so how can I fix this I’ve never had issues with it. It they say it’s mine just certain people in a party

Go to audio in settings and additional options then set it to headset only

It doesn’t let me go to mic morting it skips right over

Mine doesn't have change volume with voice by steps

I have turtle beaches gen 2 $140. It won’t let me change the headset volume or the other 2. Mic monitoring. It says do it on the headset. You can do the first 2 on the headset but not mic monitoring

if u dont have a setting it might be on the actual headset its self. But some headsets just cant access these settings.

It’s fine. People are always confused about mic monitoring, it does not cause echo. I’m too tired to go into the audio science of why it’s literally impossible for mic monitoring in the Xbox app to cause echo, but it just doesn’t.

You cant fix Echo on fortnight. Give it up trying. Until Epic fixes there chat BS, no matter what your settings are you will have echo at some point. From your self or another person your playing with. and for those who say they dont well you get my point!
