But how do we actually get homebrew apps on mobile?

extract a homebrew app and put it in dolphin emulator/load folder/sdsync folder and you have to enable automatically sync with folder in by pressing the setting icon at the top right and go config/wii and scrolling then press convert folder to file then click ok done or get homebrew browser elf(the app's binary)click 3 dots then open file then click the homebrew browser's .elf file
