You have to meet a family or owner of land who is willing to sell and you negotiate with the person to buy
Abunu is basically the same as a share-cropper. I hink it is only worth it if you can make enough money to buy the land or buy some other land in a few years. You have all those fees and you still have expenses. Saying in the title that the land is free is incorrect.
