Try adding drops of VIVIDS Black or VIVIDS Violet to VIVIDS Red and test strand All VIVIDS shades are intermixable, try different combinations!
Hi I don't know how and where to adress this issue but did you change the formula for your vivids in violet? Every customer that used to buy it is telling that it changed, the color is different, less vibrant and washes out way faster. I love your dye so much, it was the only one that satisfied my needs, I would like to know if the color changed for good, will I be able to purchase the same violet one day?
