V1 won’t open.
So many troble with V2 app, have all my light, but goes offline all the time. :( To bad, i like your product but it dont work.

Hi. Your comment on our post is much appreciated and we would firstly like to apologize if you are facing frequent disconnections on your WiZ lights. There are a few reasons to why a disconnection happens which puts your lights to "offline" such as the light being too far away from the router, there are too many devices connected to your router and a few more. As such, to determine the reason to why the light disconnects as well as to provide you a solution on this, we appreciate if you could reach out to us by going to (Settings > Help Center > Live Chat or Email) for immediate assistance on this. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Don’t know if you guys are gonna answer but imma write my complaints 1. My IFTTT doesn’t work with the new app 2. Shortcuts app on Apple doesn’t work. For me hid Update seems really annoying and i hope you fix those features

From the WiZ V2, press on Settings, scroll down and click on Help Center and from here you will be able to initiate a Live chat Support.

@@WiZlighting Doesnt that tell you everything ''contact support team to turn on the fucking lights?'' Really?
My old data from v1 has migrated but cannot be turned on for my garage n living room..tried to make new connection but it was useless..still cannot be paired...wasting my time only to deal with bulbs...why should be upgraded?????

I’m starting with v2 how do I create an account? It will only let me migrate and there’s nothing to migrate. I’m trying your webpage too.

Why cant I migrate from Wiz V1 to V2, there's always a "Network Error" notification when i tried to log in or make a secret code

The "network error" that appears could mean that there was a syncing issue and for further clarification as well as troubleshooting on this, please reach out to our support team via chat support by opening your WiZ Connected application, proceed to "Settings" and tap "Help Center". My bulb won’t connect and just blinks red,I’ve done all the steps at least I got a brighter bulb but won’t be buying more.

you said go back to v1 to start over, but when you go back to the old application it crashes and closes, come on, this is an easy thing, you can fix it.
