Do we required static IP address from the internet service provider to make PC accessible over the internet ? Is it possible to access the PC with private IP addressing over the internet ? Please advise.

and of course don't use default port ...if you want a secure Connexion use ssh tunnel and certificate and no password

I prefer use different default outside port and use certificate and no password authentifcation (ssh tunneling over local port mapping can be a better solution)

Why did you use on the winscp the tftp protocol and not ssh?

You can make tunnel with host outside and then when hit the external port of the host it will forward to your local pc
