Useless video. What all viewers need is to know is how to access the data. Before you could read whatsapp messages from the backup in gmail. I think that's what people are looking for. And not where to find the backup

Yes.. and when I go click on "options" on the right of WhatsApp it only shows "Disconnect from Drive". Nothing on how to access data saved..

Here are the instructions (that are not in the video): 🙄 1. Put your SIM card in your old phone. In WhatsApp, go to Settings > Chats > Chat Backup. Please pay attention to the Gmail account that you will be backing your WhatsApp to. Press Back Up. 2. **If you already downloaded WhatsApp onto your *new* phone, go ahead delete it. Then, restart your new phone.** 3. Now, take your SIM card from your old phone and put it into your new phone. Restart your new phone again. 4. Sign into your Gmail account on your new phone. Make sure you are using the same Gmail account as Point #1 above. 4. Now download WhatsApp onto your new phone. WhatsApp should prompt you to restore a backup. You're welcome. I've saved you from watching this useless video. 😆

worst video..spent 3 minutes talking about nothing..then gets to the part where he is supposed to say how to access it and says "here is the back up and thats it"..doesnt describe anything

i am struggling just to use software after paying for it. App is struggling to load on laptop. No customer service to provide support this week
