Hi there, Enter the password of your key it will work, also make sure you have access to ssh in your server, this works mostly in VPS or any private server, in shared hosting or cloud hosting it may not work.

Can you make a video on how to enable memcache in bigrock cpanel? I am a rookie so always see videos and then try and cant locate any video on how to enable memcache in bigrock cpanel

Fix / Update for all users. when you login into ssh, the user needs to be a user account for Cpanel. When you use the user account the server request the phrase which means everything is right. IN this video you can see he uses root access so the key is useless and you can see the message public key refused.

Hi Asif sorry to inform u that shared hosting will not allow terminal connections please upgrade or talk to hosting team

@@cherisheddream5580 okay then check you have root access may be you are using shared hosting server so that case they don't allow ssh login using your user name and password
