is it possible to change the user interface of the webmail? such that, when a person is about to input their username and password, they see your branding?

Hello 👋 In case you are willing to change contact details for your Namecheap account, it can be done by following the steps from this guide: www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/426/43/how-do-i-update-the-personal-details-on-my-profile/ Those changes will be not visible on the website you have created with the hosting plan as contact details are related only to Namecheap account

So I have to log into namecheap and Cpanel every time just to check my email? How can I just to directly to an email site like outlook or something and log in from there

@@namecheap well I made the website for my Dad. I made the email account for my dad. For his business. All using my namecheap / Cpanel account to do so. So I have to give him my entire namecheap account so he can use his business email? That seems insane. Is there a better way to set up an email for him? I made a biz website for him it took 20-30 hours now he needs email but THEY MAKE IT SO DANG CONFUSING IT MAKES ME MAD! GOLLY

Hello, Thank you for your comment. The limit of outgoing emails that can be sent from one domain name depends on your hosting package. For instance, with our Shared Hosting plans, you can send 50 emails per hour per domain name with Stellar, 200 emails per hour per domain name with Stellar Plus, and 10000 emails per hour per domain name with the Stellar Business hosting package. If to speak about the Reseller plans, the limits are as follows: Nebula Reseller package - 50 emails per hour per domain. Galaxy Expert and Universe Pro Reseller packages - 200 emails per hour per domain. We do not set any limit for VPS and Dedicated Servers, but you can always set it on your own.
