Great vid! So when I should tap air roll left/right button between first and second jump and when not to tap it? Are you sometimes using air roll left/right doing this flick? I'm plat 1 and I just started ground dribbles and flicks. Thanks if you have time to answer!

Very gently tap the button as your Turing to the side pointing the top of your car forward. So jump, tap air roll gently and hold right or left then do the diagonal backflip however don’t worry to much about the air roll that’s quite an advanced thing Just make sure that you’re able follow the rest of the steps

Most of my 45s and 90s are pretty weak compared to yours here so trying to learn this power. It looks like you're also timing the flick at the proper car speed so that it will also give you supersonic as you flick for extra oomph. Ofc going supersonic with it will be better, but is that where most of the power comes from in the transition from regular speed -> supersonic, or are they still powerful enough on their own?

The faster you’re going the more Power it can generate, that being said you can also generate good power at slower speeds as long as you time it correctly.

I knew how to do it but I couldn’t get the power, this vid helped me so much tho.

I can’t find a straight answer. Does it make a difference whether you hold the ball on the front mind of the car or the front left (of your rotating right for the flick)?

Holding it mid will keep it centred but holding it left when turning left will also throw it left more

Another great attempt, but nobody has addressed the specifics of how to consistently get 70 mph+. Most of your flicks in that tutorial were in the mid to low 60s. Not very hard to save. Any recommendations?

It’s an entirely feel based thing as I said boost into the ball as your flicking and try to find the sweet spot. Different cars will have different sweet spots obviously so it’s more of a feel thing just go try the flick and use what I’ve said to help you

It’s also super important to get really close to super sonic speed right before the flick and to not boost while turning your car... I’ve had a few 68 and 70 mph while learning this and my highest power flicks are always ones that I get when I’m almost super sonic (using alpha boost can help you tell since you can listen to the pitch of the boost increase with your speed) I’m still learning it as well, but I hope that helps.... but even a mid 60 mph flick will be difficult to save through the champ ranks all the way to Early GC

Everytime I try it with the ball over the car the car hits the ball up so I can’t reach with the flick, is it cause the ball is too close to the the middle of the car?

Yes the sweet spot is near the bottom of the windshield. Have it near the bumper then boost the ball into the spot then flick

@@DarthJaeku ok thx, one more question, is it possible to do this with air roll binded to same button as drive forward? always had it binded as the same as drive forward but are you supposed to have them binded seperately?

@@Kappejoy id recommend looking at some KZread videos on controls but in the end it’s all preference I’d personally recommend switching air roll to LB/L1 or RB/R1
