As someone who started to 360 when I was a kid, I was so confused by these steps and confused but it all made sense in the end. I don't think I could've broken it down into steps like that, you're definitely a good teacher! Fakie 360s are a hell of a lot easier for sure.

@@ljhooka3735 assuming you can skate backwards then yes I would definitely say so. I think it's cuz you're already looking behind you so when you jump you're basically half way there straight away. Honestly to this day I'm more comfortable doing fakie 360s then forward ones! Give it a go

the arm trick is actually really helpful my friend was having so much trouble going backwards lmao I wish there was a way to apply it with skiing

I can 180 but can't 360 yet, and your 'fence grabber' technique makes total sense. I'll give it a try.

Didnt really like the bench practice but was very impressed by supportive arm and rolling part. Very good breakdown.

I'm excited to go out and practice this!

I've never seen it taught that way before but I like it, will try showing people how to do it that way in future.

i know how to 360 but i had a moment and was curious. I actually learned something and this technique is extremely helpful for trick combinations and getting out of really low royales down ledges/rails.

for sure! especially when you outspin out of grinds it is good to keep an eye out where your hands are before you jump

540 video is going to happen as a part of a bigger aggressive teachings series. It will take a while though. The basic 540 tip is 1. Start learing on shoes. 2. Memorize the felling of landing. 3. Only thing on your mind during the jump and mid air is that feeling of how to land. Good luck!

well this is great, however for us 30+ maybe u can do 180, as a transition, 180 as a transition when we are skating fast...

If you combine this technique with a 180 hop you get a 540. I just tried it and it works 😂

Try learning it fakie/backwards, because you're already looking behind you so when you jump your head only has to rotate 360 degrees.
