Damn, The clearance for the oil pan from the subframe is pretty much oem perfect. It was meant to be in there. God the engine fitment from up top looks so good.

2-3 year goal for my 370z🥹

You might need a sc300 non vvti ps pump. The pump you have has a solenoid and that might give you issues .

With the Haltech ecu I am using it uses that solenoid to stiffen steering are higher speeds. Basically uses it like it was intended to be used

What intake manifold is that ?

Hopefully you see my comment, but I have been looking around and doing research on how to get the new shifter to sit perfectly with the Z shifter hole. I noticed that most people have to cut it but I’m trying not to, so please if you have more knowledge on how to get it to sit perfectly. Reply back, thank you. Also very informative content

Are you worried about vibration under load with how close the engine is to the firewall? That looks close enough to contact when the engine flexes.

eBay manifold don’t know the name, it is not the one I am using tho, it looks thin and would probably crack with a big heavy turbo on it

could you imagine if nissan partnered with yamaha for the rb30, wouldve kept the 2jz cheap in the market

@@xpert_kid_one730 they have produced some of the most reliable toyota engines of all time that are known to be over-built such as the 1jz-gte and 2jz-gte for the supra and multiple 4door awesome cars, the 3s-gte for the mr2 ,the 2zz-ge for the gen 3 mr2, the 4a-ge for the trueno (AE86), lastly the 3M engine for the legendary first Japanese sports car toyota 2000GT!

Collins adapter kit comes with pilot bushing, I used a gs300 starter

I can’t say for certain there wouldn’t be complications but motor mounts are basically the same, I don’t know if subframe changes, I don’t think it does tho

So cool enough, Toyota did make an awd jz, it comes with an oil pan with front diff and axle in it. However your cross member probably wouldn’t work and some serious engine mount fab work would have to be done, but! It’s doable! Look up awd jz

If the engine flex is the intake manifold gonna hit the strut tower? Just my 2c

Similar, the head is a little bigger but barely any difference

How is just welding the AC lines to your old lines going to instantly result in having AC? Don't you need to deal with also the can bus talking to your Toyota ecu ? If you know a guy/company that will make a custom harness for the 370Z to truly make the swap AC compatible let me know.

Correct, it’s non vvti ge with gte valve covers. All you have to do is have a cam sensor adapter welded on
