A lot of the jumpers landed on the roof of the stage that was set up in the plaza. In some videos you can see their arms or legs come off.

@@5T3V3N-ns9gg no you cannot. I can almost bet I've consumed more 911 footage than anyone. I've been obsessed for over a decade and I've never seen a video where you can see any jumpers arms and legs fall off on impact

I agree, the Plaza should be open instead of enclosed in ANY way. Just because the space is there doesn't mean it should be crowded with more structures.

There is a mall under Rockefeller Center. I imagine the underground mall would have continued on with minor changes throughout the years.

There are ways to lean into a darker space. Dial up the warmer tones and make the deepest interior spaces as intimate as they can be.

1:50 as much as people wanted to see the old World Trade Center rebuilt with 2 tall buildings, it just wouldn't make business sense these days. The demand for office space just isn't the same as it was 25-30 years ago. It's even lower now in the post-pandemic era with more and more people working mostly from home and only coming into the office a few days a week or even just a few times a month.

I have a request - you should do a video about the cars left behind at Giants Stadium after the 9/11 attacks that were not picked up (I also see you like to do a lot of videos about stadiums).

Wow i have never seen these images with the intact stage. Does anyone knows if these images are from 2001 or the years before? At 0:57 there is the well-known View from the Millenium Hotel, the Video with the jumpers is just brutal man...

The Twin Towers, for sure, would have been repurposed from a business aspect. Not jut because of the pandemic, but so many work-from-home situations, as well as the advance in technology.

Iwas looking at what type of fire alarm systems they had at the wtc and was an older system Cerberus Pyrotronics MXL-V fire alarm system with emergency voice/alarm capabilities it was advanced at its time. I work with Edward’s est-3 systems and some silentknight systems.

It feels scary to have a literal steel “skeleton” surround the plaza around the twin towers had it been around to this day, or how the outcome would’ve changed on that fateful day. And to imagine if it were around to this day, I would agree much of the complex would be half abandoned from the pandemic.

Can you do a video if the towers had survived how would the plaza be designed as a memorial, the picture with the towers survived it states the former plaza is turned into the 9/11 Memorial.

The plaza used to close regularly due to falling ice so I can understand why some kind of awning was proposed but it would have ruined the clean architecture of the original design

Once Silverstein took over in August 2001 I’m pretty sure he would have led the way for redesigning the outside complex to fit modern times. He literally had less than a month owning the original twins and complex.

They wanted to modernization the towers for the future .but they were just to old original furnishings. And couldn't sustain the mass tourist effect they attracted.plus some of those drafts .are nothing more than excuses to gain access to the original structure for demo.

The only thing you have to investigate about 9/11 is the Gelitin B thing project of the “art students” residing at the 91th floor of Tower 1. (91-1)

This music is something else. Like many many mysteries still need to be solved and looked into. But honestly saw images like that in the past. Disgusting, literally. Also I don't see what's wrong with leaving the way things are. Its history. Obviously it'd just make it look ugly.

The comments about the cables leading to a more horrendous scene on the plaza is so gratuitous. Bodies of people who fell or jumped were obliterated on the plaza and hardly preferable to being torn in half before hitting the pavement. Nothing you said would have changed 9/11. The very title of your video promises the opposite.

Hey Larry Silverstein, we know you demolished the trade center on purpose, we know about how there was thermite planted in the elevator shaft, we know that the specific floors that got hit by the towers were being renovated, we know that you mentioned how there's so much unused room that it deemed the building useless, we know you demolished it because it couldn't be wired for the Internet, even though it could, just look at the sears tower. The building was built to sustain multiple large aircraft crashes. Also after the plane hit, why did it randomly start falling apart? The bottom half of the building could withstand the top half of the building, even if it fell off, it couldn't have destroyed all of the bottom half, every force has an equal and opposite reaction. This was an inside job to use as an excuse for invading the middle east to take over oil reserves. If the port authority never sold the complex, this complex would still be standing today
