Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

We are so excited to once again partner with Airbnb to bring you the tour of this wonderful unique Airbnb! If you think you might be interested in becoming an Airbnb host yourself, you can find out more here: airbnb.vaz6fn.net/LivingBig2 (Disclaimer: We earn a small commission when people we refer start hosting on Airbnb.)
You can also connect with an Airbnb Ambassador and learn how to create a successful listing by signing up for an Airbnb webinar: bit.ly/introtohostingonAirbnb
In this weeks episode we meet Mike and Alison, an inspiring couple who have transformed their tiny house into a stunning Airbnb property, which has enabled them to keep their own family home.
After health problems forced Mike to retire from his much loved career as a truck driver, Alison and Mike were planning on downsizing and moving into a tiny house, renting out their conventional home in order to sustain themselves in their early retirement. Instead, they discovered that they were able to rent out their tiny house as an Airbnb, which has allowed them to build a fantastic lifestyle business, keep their family home and spend more quality time together.
We hope you enjoy the tour of this beautiful tiny house on wheels and Alison and Mikes heart-warming story.

Alison and Mike are such a charming couple and we really enjoyed our stay with them. I think their story really shows how tiny houses can benefit people in so many different ways. Originally, after Mike lost his job, the couple had planned to downsize and move into this tiny house, which would have given them the ability to live on a reduced income. Instead, this tiny house was turned into a brand new job, enabling the couple to keep their own family home. As an Airbnb, it now also provides people who are interested in tiny house living with an opportunity to experience time in a. tiny house themselves. We hope. you enjoy this weeks video! Thanks for watching. With love, Bryce & Rasa

Unfortunately, while New Zealand is handling the Covid situation very well, it's still not quite life as normal. Sadly we have recently had new cases of community transmission, which is a strong reminder that while we are comparatively very safe, we do still live under the constant threat of another outbreak.

Yeah, Norwegian politics has handled the situation badly, we did close down the first month's last year, but then they decided to open up for summer holiday, which meant new spread, especially since they let testing be voluntary. Even after the mutated English type, they still let people come from UK, and still free testing, and now it's here. We are heading into another lock down, and people are done. They don't care, they have been careful for so long, but since the politicians have been so "stupid" people doesn't have patience or trust in them anymore. We are in a state of "fuck it all", covid has to run its course now, and we just want to go back to friends, family and live again..

You'll never be post covid if you keep believing that a mere cold virus somehow became a year long pandemic and still going. They will milk this for a damn decade if you keep buying it. Coronaviruses are seasonal respiratory viruses, always and forever. You can't lockdown to stop them, every comparison study of lockdown vs. not locked down has shown this. That's so sad that seeing people just being normal makes you uneasy. It's also tragic to see that people believe that their govt. can control a cold virus, or that it needs to be controlled, simply by controlling their every move and taking away every freedom they ever had. I think it’s a very wise idea to rent a tiny house before buying one. It must help with the decision and also help you with deciding on the design features. Nice to see a one-story!

January 2021 Love the stain glass, flat sculpture separating sofa from bedroom, beautiful back splash wall with strip light in kitchen, unique tiny bird sculpture, all make this home very unique. Washer and drier in bathroom helps save everyone time at laundromat. Sound proofing near freeway is very important. Bird garden outside next to freeway is very important, to distract from traffic. Ideally, all wedding planners should work with this couple for their guests. 8 billion of these next to every freeway could help solve the housing crises while at the same time 'quality of life' air, garden. Strong, flat iron artistic wall to support a variety of vines (grape or passion flower or jasmine or pumpkin, etc.) could help distract from the freeway traffic all over the world. Theme of flowers and birds is very calming. A copy of this could be installed inside every high rise building, every other floor, every other floor off leash dog park, instead of having them imploded which causes major lung damage. G'Day
