Africa is very rich that people can afford to pay off a $150 house in 2 years. Owning a house in America and pay off within 2 years is not posible for just a simple American. This guy is very smart, I hope to own a home in Africa some day.

Your homes are beautiful and I am contemplating buying one unit. But I would like to ask you to explain what this guy or the developer of these houses meant in this video by his depiction of a dark and lifeless southern half of Africa and a whiter and brighter northern part Africa full of life. Is he insinuating that northern Africa is better than the rest of Africa?
