Bakuran is like your family’s private paradise, a home away from home, approximately just two hours away from Manila. A place you’ll always want to go back to. Enjoy the space to yourselves and feel safe while we are all in the grip of the pandemic.
Doña Remedios Trinidad (commonly called DRT) became the new popular destination of Bulakenyos and residents of nearby cities and provinces during the pandemic. It was once the least traveled municipality but is now famous for its breathtaking mountain views and marvelous rivers and falls.
Bakuran is an ideal choice if you want to visit DRT and bring your kids and parents along. There are no rough roads and no hiking required to get here. Others may think that all accommodations in DRT need tent pitching, or need a 4x4 to get there. Bakuran is unique in that it is family-oriented. Even small cars can get you here. Perfect if you just want to experience DRT and simply need a comfortable place to unwind and get away from the noise and pollution of the city. The place feels remote, despite the fact that it is within a short walk (550m) from the public market.

I really appreciate it when the word "architect" was mentioned on a better fitting description on this video... That's the thing that our country lacks - the difference between an engineer and an architect... Kudos to this family!... And a little suggestion... an important information to be added on this video is that "revisions/additions on the designs" should be done by the architect himself since it's his intellectual property... It's his job to know everything that the client needs whether it's aesthetics, working drawings, architectural planning (spaces, anthropometrics, ergonomics, building codes etc.), concepts and specifications... While engineers will have their own field on the project such as structural, electrical, sanitary etc.... Again more power and God Bless...

Very nice builds! Thank you for sharing! I had some questions about one of your homes there. Mainly joining the roof to the siding, which seems to be of the same material. It looks like a flush flashing /facia board. I don't know the technical term for it but did you have to fabricate that with some kind of brake or are those sold there as a system? Thanks for any information you can provide! :)

Karamihan ng mga MAYAYAMAN kuno..Hinde naging maarte!.noon ang bukid minamata lang nila..kc hinde nila alam kung gaano masarap ang MAMUHAY ng natur!!!.Naalala kopa noon pumunta kami ng boracay, tapos max magkatabi kaming pinay na may katulong siya! Ngayon nakipag strugle siya sa stewardess! Kc ayaw niyang magkatabi sila ng ksnyang Katulong!!! .Pa english english pa!.grabi talaga !!!..Nag stay kami noon sa RED coconut, ngayon nag set up si ate connie Dinner para sa mga customer niyang balikbayan costumer. May german Engländer at australia. Ngayon isinali niya sila ANDREW E at ang KANYANG pamilya..nasa table na ang lahat nakaupo! Nag antay kami ng 15 minutes ng dahil sa wife ni andrew eh maarte ! Hinde sumipot .kinabukasan ng makita ko ang wife niya ,hinde naman kagandahan eh para mag inarte!!!. PINOY NGA NAMAM .DIOS KO GINOO!!.
