Wonderful! I have been away from you and didn't know you had moved ! Welcome to the desert! I have been in a love affair with it since 1983 and could never leave it! I live in Las Cruces, NM 20 miles from town up in the mountains away from the city. My children are grown so I live alone with my cat and couldn't be happier! I live as frugal as possible and love to repurpose what others may see as trash...it gives me such pleasure and contentment ! I also went down the rabbit hole with research about this foreign invasion of our bodies and also discovered the Hydra and parasite theory before everyone started taking the horse dewormer. I never had a test, a shot, or the virus. I felt like I was protected because I do quarterly and daily maintenance for parasites. I use numerous herbs and other natural remedies but focus on diatomaceous earth, bentonite clay and black seed oil. Upon further investigation on the virus I was looking at the similarities of parasites and Lyme disease and found a very beneficial plant remedy I was not aware of... Japanese knot weed. It has the highest concentration of resveratrol of any source! I decided to try it out as it is such a benefit for health and found it to be delicious and helpful for a number of health issues including a good soak and rinse for mouth and teeth health. Do you have any knowledge or experience with it ? I'm not sure where you are located exactly but something you may enjoy scouting for in the forest is Osha root...or Bear Medicine. I'm sorry this is so long and scattered but I just feel so elated by your presence I wanted to respond! It's funny because before you said anything about it I got a image of you as Georgia O'Keefe painting the desert and it's beautiful foliage! Another wonderful native plant to look for is mullein. Thank you for the insight into rabbit bush...and I'm so sorry to hear of your Mum's passing. I hope being here fills you up with joy and peace ! With love...Cassy

@@yazemeenahrossi1221 hello dear I get the powder form and add to room temperature water...it doesn't need to boil or steep but I'm sure if you want to use hot water, it wouldn't destroy any value It will clump up...I either shake the bottle I'm using vigorously or use a milk frother to mix It's a cool plant...very invasive and illegal in some places because it's so intrusive Some people eat the entire plant and cook it like asparagus Its very potent, so you don't want to over do it, or you could risk bowel irritation I take a teaspoon or less...as with any new herb start with a small amount in case of a adverse reaction, or do a skin test, but I really don't think this has any ill effect on ppl It's also used topically for skin irritations Very versatile plant !
