My very first physical confrontation in life......was with my father..... I was 5. I heard the commotion from their room and her cries for help. They were fighting and dad was choking her unconscious. I turned about to run away, but God was with me that day. He told me to stand up for what i believe in even if it appears to face death. I turned back and screamed for him to stop choking my mother! He did stop.. he didnt come after me that time. One of my first miracles in life.

Really changed my mind on this man after this video. While I could never understand the trauma that stems from abusive parenting I understand the "wanting to hurt people" and just being angry in general. See a lot of my younger self in him and it just solidifies my idea that martial arts is the ultimate therapy for men like that. While his social media shit may be indicative of something else I'm not qualified to speak about, I don't really believe it's indicative of his actual character, it almost never is

Lol he's not a narcissist by any definition, he's a person who is a classic example of being a sociopath, even though many of the times I dislike when he insults people openly for the sake of humor, the reason why he violently lashed out is due to a mental disorder. Since many people who become sociopath comes from them being abused and not understanding how to properly vent their frustration . I personally hope that he finds inner peace after he's done with MMA since it's the only thing keeping him together

As a kid who was beaten up by my dad it's hard to watch. It's sad. At the same time Sean goes out of his way to talk kak about everyone else. He now comes across as someone who's emotionally immature, who hasn't dealt with their issues knowingly what their issues are. I don't know man...
