It's interesting how easy it was for them to get that much gold, almost mind-boggling, but it makes sense. That said, I don't like gold because it's almost useless as a metal. It works well for electronic connectors and dentistry, but that's about it. Iron is so much more useful. I often do a little mind exercise where I think -- what if the amounts of iron and gold were switched. You can bet that it would be much harder for societies to grow if that were the case.

I want to be used to totally change the story of my continent Africa that if you hear that name you'll fall and shake in wonder of it's greatness and wealth it has to start somewhere
