How the number 865 changed Mike McDaniel's life | NFL Countdown

Спорт

865 is the number of days Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel was out of the league after being fired by the Houston Texans. He uses it as motivation and a reminder of how the alcohol problem he overcame almost cost him his dream.

One day at a time and be present. Don't worry about what you can't control. How other people live their life, good or bad, that's their journey. Only you can take that first step and subsequent steps. However, it does take that first step. Keep it steady. Keep moving forward. Stack your days and your wins, even if it's just a small win by saying no, because a win is still a win.
