Quran 24:55 - Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the land, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their religion which He has chosen for them (i.e. Islam). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they (believers) worship Me and do not associate anything (in worship) with Me. But whoever disbelieves after this, they are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).

Who said? Khilafat is not the sole way of Muslim rulership, kings can also liberate al quds if Allah wills khilafat is not our main objective our main objective is Tawheed. Bcz if you read hadiths Prophet (sw) already indicated that their will be Muslim kingdoms in later times khilafat is good but kingship is also not bad if its established upon Tawheed and sunnah.

I'm not trying to decrease the importance of something but if you think that merely praying in congregation will get you back Al Quds then keep dreaming.

True, but when the Muslim community come together nobody can beat them, just like the tartars destroyed the Abbasid caliphate and khawarizm rulers because of being separated until quds came and united the ummmah and the tartar were humbled and destroyed. Ever heard of in unity comes strength, just like that.

Uniting upon the correct creed and the Kitaab and Sunnah will allow us to take back Al Quds in shaa Allah. When Salahuddin Al Ayyoobi took Jerusalem he made sure to execute (in a Halal manner) all the heretics spreading Baatil and Bid’ah to the Muslim Ummah, once the Muslims United upon the Haqq they took back Jerusalem
