@@dotenks considering the expectations going into this season, even when the Lakers made all those trades no one was expecting the Lakers to make it this far let alone make the play-in tournament. Everyone thought it’d be too late. They basically remade their whole team at the trade deadline and have as good of a shot as anyone to win the championship after starting 2-10 and being stuck as the 13th seed for the majority of the season. Of course a chip would be nice, but I mean, yes even if the Lakers fall short this was a successful step in the right direction

I know Lakers is not just about LeBron but time is already catching up to him and he's starting to slow down bit by bit so getting another chip as early as possible before his retirement would be an ideal goal not just for him but also for the team.
