Smile Again and 12 other organization under ‪@TheVoiceGlobal‬ after realizing a gap that was going to affect the continuity of rights holder group at the closure of their projects came up with the solution to formulate a reference document that can be used by the rights holder groups as their reference guide even in the absence of the grantees. This document formulated covers four major thematic areas, that is, Governance and formalization, financial management & resource mobilization, self-led and community advocacy, and finally Networking and partnership.
