As Dr. Mundo enjoyer and main I thank you for this vid. After the last nerfs(again because riot cant stand mundo being played for 1% more for 2 days because they dont have skins for him planned for years) I kinda wanted to not play him anymore but I still do and this helps.

This is why playing simple champs makes you better at the game. Because your champ have low outplay chances means everything little things matter, as mentioned in this video a simple level advantage is a great way to gain and exploit your lead.

I love Mundo but people keep saying he sucks, thank you for these in-depth tips now I'm motivated to play him again

One time, my team was flaming me for not being in the TF's. I was playing Mundo and my best option in that game was to push and push all the game, lol So, when someone told me I was trolling, i just wrote in the chat "Mundo goes where he pleases" And yes, we won that game, it was glorious

Thanks for the video but I don't recall you mentioning the most important part of his kit..... Goes Where He Pleases. This passive is broken. And the player clearly relied on it in the video. Maybe you did Mention it and I just didn't realise. Sorry if that's the case!

I knew most of this, but still, it is good to hear what you know not to forget to use it in games. I noticed that he doesn't use Q on lane duels if minions block enemy. Interesting.... I spam Q just cause why not and usually fatal damage is from myself xd

I'm a mundo main, plat 2 NA, and currently have been finding success with grasp > precision secondary (triumph + last stand), especially vs more melee focused comps or matchups. My build usually goes bami > anathema > sunfire/frostfire > titantic if im even or ahead vs my laner, or full tank if behind. I also have been running ignite on him also instead of tp since I don't trust my teammates enough to play the map or objectives properly, and since mundo has lower kill pressure in lane. However, my main problem that I have with him is that his damage sometimes feels nonexistent mid-late game. Your cleaver damage goes from throwing cleavers to feeling like you're throwing pebbles that deal like 10% hp at champs' max hp. Without titantic, your AA damage lacks as well without ult bonus AD. I have been trying to theorycraft more damage items into his builds, but still am unsure what could work.

mundo is op vs darius one of the best counters. Q slow counters engage passive counters E R counters R Basically you can’t kill him but he can’t bully you (and the goal of darius is to lane bully)
