Looks very professional and well-regulated. No chance of injury or chemical poisoning, respiratory problems or contamination here to clearly see. Feeding in materials in to multi-ton presses laying on the floor with exposed belts and pulleys and gears with your hands should be standard procedure. Cutting edge operation. On par with that bio-lab in California.

For big company/factory, there will be more automated machinery involved. Since this is a small business, they can't afford the high end machines. It mostly done by hand.
