Just what I needed! Would love to see more candidates with electrical/mechanical engineering background. I plan on applying in a couple of years and these are so helpful.
This candidate will do well if he can get coaching in voice projection by Roger Love. He needs to free up his voice and speak from the diaphragm to be more effective. It will enable him to increase the perceived value of the content of his message which is essential in Management.
