YEOO WHERE YALL BEEN!?!? Relatively new to your channel and ran out of videos to watch. RacquetFlex is the best and most technical tennis channel on KZread. I'm becoming increasingly serious about expanding on my game after returning from a 3-4 year hiatus after HS and your videos have taught me so much. I was a pretty high-level player having played tennis ever since I could hold a raquet competing in ITF tournaments while growing up overseas in Ethiopia. I'm now in the US and want to take my tennis to the next level. Without proper coaching, your videos have been my go-to whenever trying to improve my form and technical ability. Much love to the RacquetFlex team, and hope to see more videos! I'm also glad you are taking your business to the next level and providing clinics to the community. I hope to see you in the DMV area soon (DC, MD, VA) and attend one of these clinics!

I humbly disagree, as the motion of the best serves is upward and not forward. Don't believe me?... Ask Andy Roddick. The man knows a thing or two about serving. Your toss position for the best possible serve will vary depending on how tall you are. While you can increase the speed of your serve by tossing the ball forward, the result will be a serve with little to no spin that can easily be blocked back into play. In addition your serve percentage will decrease because the margin of error between the forward toss location and the net will decrease drastically. Legs, timing, and racket head speed, is how you can properly increase serve speed.

Hitting forward puts your weight into the ball. Roddick is naturally strong and tall, he didn't need perfect form to serve bombs. And balls go faster with no spin, spin slows down speed.

This guys toss was too far behind him for a first serve. Pros priorities either flat or slice serves as their first serves and the toss will be about a foot in the baseline. For second serves they will prioritise slice or kick where the toss may be slightly more above them (for kick). A good flat serve with no spin is not going to be easily blocked back because it should be about placement, and any good player finds it easier to return a spin serve than a well placed flat serve. Humbly carry on learning the game.

The guy in the video was basically making contact on the baseline which is something you should never be doing (even on kick serves). Andy is also still throwing the ball into the court on every serve.

Isner is tall, Andy’s height is average for tennis. We can agree to disagree in everything you just said.
